Greetings,

This comment reviews what we thought was an unusual use of an RV rental but have since learned that is not the case. We recently rented a class A motor home from BB to move both parents from Seattle to Eagle. Both parents were infirmed and an air ambulance was not possible because of their condition. We found a nurse and an aid to accompany us. The motor home had perfect accommodations for two frail parents and we packed in emergency medications and supplies. The trip was uneventful which we saw as a true blessing. The gas stops allowed us to double check the parents status but we were with them at their bedsides during the travel. Obviously, we also stopped for bathroom use. I was quite concerned about my mother as she was very small and had weak bone structure. A memory foam mattress top and two egg crate mattresses gave her all the cushioning she needed. Well, that and the fact that the ride quality was excellent. The arrival at a facility in Eagle was quite the scene. We left Seattle at 6 AM in order to be in at the facility during normal business hours.

My mother - who was terminal - passed away a few weeks later. Our family so appreciated the rental of the motor home including how smoothly the rental process was. Mom was tickled to finally be in Idaho.

This trip exceeded our expectations thanks to good planning and a reliable well equipped motor home.
